PARKS & PLAYGROUNDS

Charter Point Park
Take Rush River to Spicewood, right on Coriander. Two playground areas with PVC plastic equipment (one toddler-sized), lots of benches, picnic tables, large grill, tree-shaded areas, easy access off canal bike path. Also, large soccer field, no posts.

Garcia Bend Park
Pocket Rd. to Windbridge Dr.New playground area featuring tot and big kids areas, swings, benches, picnic tables, and BATHROOMS! Large boat launching ramp with dock, lots of parking for boats and trailers, easy access off of levee bike trail. Also, three soccer fields with posts, bleachers.

Land Park (Tiny Tots Play Area)
Riverside Dr. towards downtown (after Sutterville Rd, I-5 on-ramp.) Right on 13th. On left. Fenced in playground with two areas (one tot sized), swings, sand area, lots of shade trees, benches and BATHROOMS. In the summer the community wading pool is open. The on-site Tiny Tots schoolhouse allows use of cars, tricycles and sand toys, when it is in session. Feed ducks, ride ponies. Phone: 399.8171

Lewis Park
Off of Park Riviera Way between Surfside and Driftwood, next to City of Sacramento tennis courts. PVC plastic playground equipment, benches, lots of shady trees. Also, one softball diamond, two soccer fields.

Marriott Park
Grand River Dr. (off of Greenhaven Dr.) between Roman Oak and El Douro Dr.PVC plastic playground equipment in two areas (one tot-sized), swings, lots of benches, running path with Par-Course exercise equipment. Also, large grassy area.

Miwok Park
Village Tree Dr. off Laguna Blvd. and Big Horn, Laguna. Large wooden playground structure similar to McKinley Park, playground with sand area, swings, picnic tables and BATHROOMS!

Parkway Oaks
Windbridge Dr., to South Land Park Dr. at Desertwind, behind Lisbon Elementary School. PVC plastic playground equipment, picnic tables with grills, gazebo with bench seating area.

Portuguese Park
Windbridge Dr. to Durfee, corner of Durfee and Portugal Way. Wood and concrete playground equipment and Little Tykes Pirate Ship, gazebo,easy access from canal bike path. Also, one soccer field.

Reichmuth Park
Gloria Dr. and 43rd Ave.PVC playground equipment with two areas (one tot-sized), fire truck climbing apparatus, swings, picnic tables, BATHROOMS, plenty of shade trees. Also, two soccer fields, one lighted softball diamond, basketball hoops, and tennis courts.

Renfree Park
Rush River to DeMar, right on Cache River, behind Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School. PVC playground equipment in two areas (one tot-sized), benches, picnic tables, large shade trees. Also, two soccer fields.

Seymour Park
A two-mile greenbelt running south from Riverside Blvd, between Greenhaven and Havenside Drives to Florin Rd. Includes: PVC playground equipment at Zacharias Park (between Riverside and Clipper Way,); PVC playground equipment near Parklin Rd.; PVC equipment with
Western theme near Cabana Club South.
